1. Can my team enter the Leuven Sevens? Any team in the world can apply to play in the Leuven Sevens. A formal invitation announcing the forthcoming tournament is posted on the web site and sent out in January to previously entered teams and other people that have made enquiries. We are currently only planning a Men's and Women's competition. All teams must apply using the on-line entry form on this web site. Any team at any level can apply. We welcome club sides, social sides, invitation sides and even full international sides.
2. When is the tournament played? The tournament is always played the end of May. The 2012 tournament will held on 19th and 20th of May.
3. How much is the entry fee and how do we pay it? The entry fee is 120 Euro for a team. This includes the participation in the tournament as well as several free drinks at the pub crawl saterday evening. Quick deciders get a discount. Before the 15th of April you only need to pay 100 euro and before the 15th of March you only need to pay 80 euro. The entry fee should be paid as soon as possible after submitting the entry form to ensure participation in the tournament. Please make sure you include the name of the team when making the payment. This is essential to identify the sender.
4. Why should the entry fee be paid as soon as possible? We regard payment of the entry fee as full commitment to take part and it ensures that the decision to enter is well founded. It helps us organise the tournament as well as accomadation for your team. Early bookings will give you better prices in flights as well as hotels.
5. What's the weather like in May? Most of our events have enjoyed sun and great weather, 20° – 30°C. Nevertheless, the tournament is still held in Belgium, so there is always the risk for some rain and showers, so we advise bringing a rain jacket along. You can find the week’s forecast for Leuven here.

9. When can we see the Playing Schedule? As soon as we have enough entries we will set up the playing schedule and post it on our web site. Final changes can still occur until the start of the tournament.
10. How many players may we bring? You can register up to 12 players for the Sevens tournament. Our experience is that all teams need a minimum of 10 players to meet all of their commitments on the pitch. We often have players showing up that can usually help to supplement teams who are short of players.
